The common experience is that we live life with a sense of an "I" within our heart. The "I" is what we identify with. But as one progresses on the path of awakening, things start to change. According to the Map of Awakening utilized in VortexHealing® Therapy, when Basic Awakening occurs, the "I" within the heart - the innate sense of a separate "someone" - disappears.
Then the process goes deeper, putting one in touch with more fundamental yet illusionary identities within us. Along the way, the inner reality changes drastically and permanently several times. Ultimately, they lead to a situation where one becomes intensely aware of Self as one's true identity.
Yet when looked upon under a "microscope", it becomes clear through direct experience (instead of intellectual reasoning) that even Self is sort of an identity and thus doesn't reflect what we are - meaning that even Self must come from somewhere. If one follows that path, one will arrive at a place before any sense of Self. Somewhere in this "place" (which is not emptiness), before the manifestation of anything or anyone - even Self - sits Pure Magic.
Pure Magic is what's responsible for every manifestation that occurs. Mystery - the true nature of life - the true nature of You - utilizes Pure Magic to know and reflect upon itself. And that's the Pure Magic: Mystery making something unspeakable and untouchable manifest as something that can be sensed and perceived as an object. Then the real You - Life in its Completeness - utilizes Pure Magic to make it disappear back into Mystery again. That's why life is a Mystery...and why God works in mysterious ways.
When one is able to connect with Pure Magic deeply enough, it becomes the foundation from where the person's awareness functions consciously. It also becomes a divine healing tool that works directly from Mystery, as Mystery, bridging the healer and the recipient more consciously to the Mystery that they are.

"Within Aware/Awake Mystery, as an expression of its own Beingness, is a ‘movement’ to know & express that Beingness, a movement to Be/Know ‘That-Is’.There is no self or self-awareness here. There isn’t even Being/Knowing That It Is, for there is no It here, no object in Awareness. There is only Being Awake Mystery, Being/Knowing That-Is. Within this, incomprehensibly, Pure Magic starts to arise. Pure Magic is the power for non-causal manifestation of Potentiality. Pure Magic is the expression of Aware/Awake Mystery that enables That to give birth to its own Potentiality. And the first manifestation of Pure Potentiality that arises from Pure Magic is Pure Consciousness, which creates a ‘space’ within which Potentiality can be manifested as form, and which acts as a mirror in which Aware/Awake Mystery can know It-Is as Self.
